A CUMNOCK road will be closed this coming week for resurfacing work to take place.
The Ayrshire Roads Alliance, who operate the roads on behalf of East Ayrshire Council, will carry out the work on Hearth Place.
The street is set to be closed from its junction with Car Road through to its junction with Glengyron Avenue.

A closure will be in place from 8am on Wednesday, December 6 until Tuesday, December 12 at the latest.
Restrictions could be lifted if the work is completed before then.
Closures will be in place from 8am until 5pm for each day of the works.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the restrictions will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
An alternative route can be accessed via Hearth Place, Car Road, Forbes Avenue, Nans Terrace, Hearth Place and vice versa.
