Drivers are being reminded of a closure to a section of the A70 near Ochiltree this week.

The Ayrshire Roads Alliance will be carrying out essential road resurfacing works on the road, with preparatory works set to begin on Wednesday, November 29 and Temporary Traffic Signals in place.

These are set to be in place from 8am to 5pm until Friday, December 1.

Two weekend road closures will then be in place on December 2, 3, 9 and 10 to allow resurfacing work to take place.
