Plans have been lodged to built a home on a vacant spot of land in Lugar.
An application from Axiom Design Services has been submitted to East Ayrshire Council to build the one-bedroom home in the village.
It would be positioned on the junction between Peesweep Brae and Muirkirk Road.

Space for two garden areas, a detached garage block and driveway are also included in the proposals.
Ayrshire Roads Alliance and Scottish Water both had no initial objections to the plans.
An expiry date has been set for November 11 on the council website for comments on the application, with a determination deadline set down for December 4.
