A 68-year-old woman who died in an accident on the A76 on Saturday night has been named as Isabella Miller from the Dumfries area.
Isabella was a passenger in a Vauxhall Antara which was involved in the three-vehicle crash at around 11pm on March 24 which injured five other people.
A 26-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with her death and a number of alleged road traffic offences.
He is expected to appear at Ayr Sheriff Court this afternoon, Monday, March 26. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
