FRUSTRATED Cumnock Juniors boss Paul Burns wants his team to develop a ruthless streak to help reverse their fortunes.
'Nock lost 2-1 away to Beith - their third defeat in a row.
But Burns was unhappy with the manner of the defeat.
He said: "We have to make ourselves hard to beat and become much more ruthless. We missed chances.
Our game management has to be better.. That's three games in a row we have lost 2-1.
"We got back into the game with a goal seven minutes from time but Beith got the winner in the last minute and that was disappointing."
Cumnock on Saturday face Irvine Meadow away and Burns warned: "They have been on a good run of
form this season as they were last year after a poor start. Some of their results have been good.
"But we will have to be at it if we want to take anything from the game."
