LEAGUE leaders AUCHINLECK TALBOT blew the chance to claim the Super League Premier Division title on Saturday.
Gary McCann scored either side of Gordon Pope's equaliser to give Pollok a 2-1 win at Beechwod Park.
The Bot now go into their final league game at Cumnock knowing a win would guarantee them the title.
At Townhead Park, CUMNOCK easily saw off relegation candidates Arthurlie 4-0.
Goals from Andy Muir, Scott Anson and Keiran Wood were followed up by an own goal as the Nock stayed in seventh place.
In the Ayrshire District League, any hopes CRAIGMARK BURNTONIANS had of usurping Dalry Thistle's place at the top when firmly snuffed out.
Thistle claimed the Ayrshire title with a resounding 5-0 win at Station Park. The result means Mark will need to score at least six times in their last match against Whitletts Victoria if they are to finish second above Irvine Victoria.
Clydebank recorded a 2-1 win against GLENAFTON ATHLETIC at Holm Park.
Joe Andrew had equalised for Glens in the second half but the defeat means they are now just four points above rivals Cumnock with two games left.
LUGAR BOSWELL THISTLE rounded off their season with a 4-2 win over Annbank United and KELLO ROVERS ended their Super League First Division campaing with a 3-2 loss to Larkhall Thistle.
