A PEACEFUL protest aiming to get more answers about a Catrine man's death has been branded a success as the fight continues.
Jason Anderson was found dead in the River Ayr near Mauchline back in February, having been missing from his home village since December.

A 'Justice for Jason Campaign' was launched, calling for a formal independent review into the handling of Jason's disappearance and death.
Since then, his family and friends have campaigned to find more answers about what happened to Jason and what has happened since his death.

A protest was held outside of Kilmarnock Police Station on Saturday, October 17, asking for more investigations into Jason's death.
Following the protest, Jo Blaney, campaign lead, said: “I want to say a massive thank you to every single person who came along to stand with Renatta Ginns and show their support for Jason Anderson.

“To everyone who travelled to Kilmarnock, stood in the cold, listened to the speeches, held a sign, shared our posts, and supported us — thank you. Every single one of you mattered.
“Yesterday wasn't just about a protest. It was about a mum who has lost her son, a family who deserve answers, and a young man whose life mattered.
“We will continue to ask questions. We will continue to speak up. We will continue to stand with Renatta and her family.
“Jason deserves answers. His family deserve to be heard.”
