Expecting parents can attend free antenatal session

A FREE antenatal workshop for expectant parents will take place in Dalmellington next month.

Hosted by NCT Ayrshire and Arran Peer Support, the session will explore breastfeeding and bonding, offering information and support for families preparing for a new baby.

It will take place at Dalmellington Community Centre on Wednesday, September from 1.15-2.45pm.

Children are welcome, and a small play area will be available.

Attendance is free, although participants should book ahead online or calling 01563 825 403.

Priority places will be reserved for those nearest the centre.
