A FOOTBALL kit design competition has brought a burst of colour to a Glaisnock Street shop.
Specsavers Cumnock partnered with Lochnorris Primary School for the World Cup-inspired art challenge, inviting pupils to create their own football kit designs in celebration of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Elaine McSheffrey, store director at Specsavers Cumnock, said: "With everyone excited for the end of the school year and the World Cup, we thought there was no better way to inspire young artists in our community.
"We have seen so many wonderful designs, and I’d like to thank all of the pupils from Lochnorris Primary School for getting involved in our competition and congratulations to our winner."
Every class at the school took part in the competition, and the colourful entries now decorate the store’s walls and windows.
The winning design was selected by the Specsavers Cumnock team and awarded a prize.
Located on Glaisnock Street, the store is currently displaying all the pupils’ artwork for the community to enjoy.
