THE Commonwealth Games King's Baton will continue its Scottish journey at Dumfries House this week.
It will be at the estate this Thursday, July 2 as part of visits across the country with 23 days of activity ahead of the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games opening ceremony.
Locals are being invited along to the estate from 10am for a chance to meet the Commonwealth Games mascot, Finnie, and see the baton as it starts its Scottish journey.
Summer family activities and music from The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland will take place at 10am at the maze, with a group photo at 11am on the Adam Bridge.
The baton will attend over 50 events and festivals to celebrate Team Scotland, Scottish sport, the Commonwealth, Scottish culture and the games.
