EVEN the wind and rain couldn't stop New Cumnock getting in the festive spirit at the weekend.
A great crowd turned out for New Cumnock Community Fire Station's annual Christmas market and Santa's Grotto on Sunday, December 7.
Despite the grotto and market having to close early due to the weather conditions, a great time was still had by all.

The annual event helps to raise vital funds for the Fire Fighters Charity, which provides timely clinical care and wellbeing support to members of the UK's fire services and their families.

"We had a good attendance considering the horrendous weather. We will put on our page how much we raised once we get all our donations in and counted.
