The programme for the finale to the annual Kirkconnel and Kelloholm Children's Gala has been revealed.
The annual event on Saturday, June 15 will start with the judging of fancy dress and lorries at Kelloholm Primary School at 11.15am.
The parade of lorries led by pipe bands will start at 11.45am, with the crowning of the Gala Queen, Jessica French, taking place at Nithside Park from 1.30pm.
From 2pm, there will be lemonade bags and ice cream for children, along with face painting, sideshows, inflatables and performances from the Lynette Turner School of Highland Dance.
At 3.30pm, the Upper Nithsdale Youth Pipe Band, Kilmarnock Pipe Band, Buccleuch and Queensberry Pipe Band, Kirkcudbright and District Pipe Band and the Samba Sisters will all perform.
The day will finish with a gala dinner dance in the Miners Memorial Centre.
