Cumnock's Greggs store is set to close for almost two weeks from this weekend.
The Townhead Street shop will undergo refurbishment work, which is believed to included a rearrangement of the seating area and the counter area.
The company has confirmed that the bakers will close on Sunday, May 5, before it re-opens on Friday, May 17.
Cumnock's Greggs opened at its current location back in 2016, after moving from the now-demolished precinct.
A Greggs spokesperson confirmed: “We’ve closed the doors of our Cumnock shop for a short period from the May 4, while we give it a refresh.
"The new and improved shop will return to usual service when it reopens to customers on May 17.”
