A Cumnock-based housing association has scooped two awards for its gold standard work.
Shire Housing Association recently achieved its Investors in People gold accreditation and Compliance with Customer Service Excellence award.
Gold accreditation in Investors in People means that not only does Shire have the policies in place, but everyone takes ownership for making them come to life.
The highly-motivated and happy staff team strive to deliver fantastic customer service to Shire’s tenants.
The progressive housing association currently owns and manages more than 900 homes across East Ayrshire.
The achievement of Compliance Plus in relation to its work with communities mirrors Shire’s Community Award at the Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards in October.
Shire Housing Association says its success in these prestigious awards underscores its position as a leading provider of social housing across 15 communities in East Ayrshire.
Commenting on the awards, its chair Simon Roberts said: “We are incredibly proud to achieve these two awards.
