Plans have been lodged to build a home on a narrow Mauchline street.
Developers Axiom Design Services, want to build the house in the town's Tanfield, just off of Cowgate.
The narrow street currently has a handful of homes on it, along with a large open space where plans have been submitted to build the new home.
According to the planning application, the three-bedroom house would also have space for two parking spaces, as well as a garden area to the rear.
The Ayrshire Roads Alliance, which deals with issues on behalf of East Ayrshire Council, have no objections to the proposals.
No other comments have yet been made on the proposals.
A submission for the home was made to East Ayrshire Council last week, with a determination deadline being set for June 1.
