When searching the site using the 'within five miles of Cumnock' parameter, the luxurious five-bedroom shows as the priciest home in the search.
Back in October, we featured a five-bedroom villa on sale within the estate for a price of £560,000, which has since been removed from the site.
Now, one very similar is being listed for sale with a fixed price of £685,000.
The new listing is also a five-bedroom villa, but this one has four bathrooms.
Marketed by Milestone Developments, it also comes with 2,303 square feet of living space.
