Patients of a Cumnock surgery have been to only get in touch with the practice if it's for something urgent.
A message was sent to patients of Tanyard Muirkirk Medical Group on Tuesday, March 19 to say that the practice was running at a "low capacity" this week.
The message said this was due to GP and staff sickness.

The public have been asked to only get in touch if it's an urgent case, so they group can prioritise those who need urgent care.
A message to patients said: "Sincere apologies but due to GP/staff sickness we will have a very low capacity over the next few days.
"Please only get in touch if your matter is urgent and needs dealt with on the day to allow those with the most critical issues to be seen.
"Thank you for your understanding at this time."
