Cumnock's former Citizens Advice Bureau building is on the market.
Formerly located on Townhead Street across from Asda, the organisation is now set to take up residency on Glaisnock Street.
The town's old Semi Chem store, which closed in 2021 due to Covid, has lain empty ever since.
The store located on Glaisnock Street shut up shop for good, prompted by ongoing challenges to high street trading, which was exacerbated by the pandemic.

However, it has been given a huge makeover and will now become the home of Cumnock's Citizens Advice Bureau.
The old building, which is owned by East Ayrshire Council, has been listed for sale for offers in excess of £20,000.
A description with the listing says: "The subject comprises part of the ground floor of a larger three-storey townhouse style property featuring garages to the ground floor and residential accommodation to the upper levels.
"The subject provides office accommodation on the ground floor with three large rooms, a kitchen and a single WC.
"Other proposed uses are likely to require planning consent for a change of use."
