Pupils from Dalmellington Primary were out and about enjoying a bird and bug hunt earlier this week.
The wee ones got back to nature last Monday, armed with magnifying glasses and binoculars to see what they could find.
And judging by these photos the school put up on their X (formerly Twitter) site, everyone had a fantastic time.
We hope the youngsters had a great time and learned lots about the lives of bugs and birds in Dalmellington.
