A major Ayrshire employer is holding a recruitment day this week in Cumnock.
Emergency One, which is the UK’s leading manufacturer of fire and rescue vehicles, is actively recruiting people to join their team as production operatives – with no experience required.
Emergency One manufactures various types of fire and rescue appliances for customers worldwide including Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, London Fire Brigade, Malta Civil Protection, Fire and Emergency New Zealand and more.
The multi-million-pound company is looking to expand their workforce as it aims to expand its customer base across seas.
Whilst Emergency One is looking for skilled workers, the door is open for those in other industries or trades with skills that can be transferred with in-house training being available.
The company says it can offer multiple benefits including competitive salaries, a four-day working week with no night shifts, overtime, a pension scheme, flexible holidays plus more.
