Police in Ayrshire have issued a warning amid incidents of "fake" notes being used.
Officers say there have been "several incidents" where fake cash has been used to purchase goods across the region.
The public is being made aware that the counterfeit notes have the words "Movie Money" printed in the top left under the value.
Otherwise, the notes look real to the naked eye.
Officers are urging those to check notes and make sure they are real.
