The Cumnock Burns Club is set to make its long-awaited return this year.
After a committee resurrected the group in 2018, its members staged their first Burns Supper for three years as chairman Ian Farrell led proceedings at the town's Royal Hotel.
The Covid pandemic then prevented the club from hosting its annual events for several years.

However, plans are in place for 2024 to be the club's comeback year.
A Burns Supper is set to be held at the Royal Hotel on Friday, February 2, starting at 6.30pm.
The event will include a full Burns Supper meal and a night's entertainment, including speakers, readings, music, song and much more.
Tickets cost £30 and can be booked by contacting the service desk at Kerr & Smith Cumnock on 01290 422440.
Attendees can pay by card over the phone or call in and pay cash.
People can also pay in person at Heritage Centre Cumnock open days, again by card or cash.
