Nominations are being sought for the annual Cumnock Citizen of the Year award.
The Keir McTurk Committee are once again looking for outstanding people who could be crowned as the winner for 2023.
The award seeks to recognise the great efforts of a person, group or committee to make Cumnock a more vibrant place to live and work in.
Past winners have included Tony Esquierdo, who was the worthy recipient of the 2021 award, having worked as chairman of Cronberry, Logan and Lugar Community Council since 2018.
Last year, Marge Paterson was crowned as the 2022 winner, thanks to her tireless years of volunteering and helping throughout the community over almost three decades.
