A major company near Auchinleck has made a generous donation to a nearby childcare group.
EGGER's Barony base on the outskirts of Auchinleck recently made the donation to the Burns Bairns Under 5s Group, based in Mauchline.
One of the largest employers in the area, EGGER says it aims to support groups and causes in their communities in any way they can.
Last year, they took on their colleagues from their Hexham branch in a football match to raise money for charity.

The Mauchline group was delighted to be the latest recipients of the company's generosity, with a cheque for £300 being donated.
A spokesperson for the group said: "We would like to thank Daryl Millin from Egger for presenting us with a cheque for £300 from their Christmas advent we really appreciate this and the children have already started to make list of what they would like to buy with the money!
"Thanks again, Egger."
