Cumnock's GP surgery will close for part of a day next week for staff training to take place.
Tanyard Muirkirk Group (TMMG) will carry out the training on the afternoon of Tuesday, November 21, with the centre closed from 1pm until 5.30pm.
The new Rowlands Pharmacy, formerly Lloyds Pharmacy next to the GP, will hand out prescriptions for staff during this time.

A TMMG spokesperson said: "Everyone within GP Practices are committed to giving patients the best possible care and as part of this, our GP Practice will part in a number of PLT sessions throughout the year which allows us to carry out staff training for the whole practice.
"On Tuesday, November 21 the TMMG team will close from 1pm to 5.30pm.
"During this time the Ayrshire Urgent Care Service will provide urgent care and support to patients on the following number- 01563 826 930.
"Rowlands Pharmacy will handout our prescriptions for us for patients who are unable to wait until Wednesday.
"We would like to thank our patients for their patience and understanding."
