A Cumnock couple have recently celebrated a magnificent wedding milestone.
Jim and Carole McQue tied the knot back in 1963, having celebrated their Diamond Wedding Anniversary.
The Cumnock couple received a visit from East Ayrshire Provost Jim Todd and local councillor Billy Crawford to pass on their congratulations.
Jim and Carole were presented with a gift of a bouquet of flowers on behalf of East Ayrshire Council.
Deputy Lieutenant Eric Ross presented the couple with a telegram from the King and the Queen Consort.
