The Hollybush House team nearly had a man overboard during the River Doon Raft Race in 2008.

Muirkirk Bowling Club presented Macmillan Cancer Care with a cheque for £519, raised by a tea bingo.

Cumnock Chronicle: Bellsbank woodland

Bellsbank children were enhancing their local environment by creating a woodland. As well as sowing seeds for broadleaved trees they helped transform a derelict site into a countryside haven with footpath sculptures.
