A deadline for offers has been set for vacant land that was once the site of a thriving hall in Catrine- with £500,000 worth of potential.
The ground and remains of the former Scout hut on the village's Chapel Brae are being auctioned off by Future Property Auctions.
Anyone interested has up until Thursday, July 20, at 3pm to submit an offer, with a guide price for the land of £45,000.
In the past, the hall was the place to be for dancing and discos, but the area has since been left to ruin.
The description of the land says there is a redevelopment opportunity worth up to £500,000.
It says: "Former Scout Hall set in the Hills above Catrine - Excellent position off Main Road with access - Potential residential development in affluent village.
"Potential development value of over £500,000.
"Potential for multiple uses, subject to consents with high demand for residential property locally.
"Perfect spot for development. Close transport links and amenities [in a] sought after location."
You can view more information about the sale, or place a bid, on the Future Property Auctions website.
