An Auchinleck shop will go under the hammer at auction this week.
Well Road's Groom Room shop will go up at auction with Future Property Auction on Thursday, March 23.
Future Property Auction's website says the shop will go up with an opening bid of £26,000 when the auction starts at 10am.
The online auction will end at 3pm, with interested parties asked to register in advance.
The website's description of the shop says it has a potential rental of £450 per calendar month.
It adds that the "property is currently let at a reduced rental of £240pcm (£2,880 per annum) but offers realistic potential rental of over £5,000 per annum".
"Potential hot food location in excellent trading position (subject to gaining necessary consents)," the description adds.
"Single storey, flat roof and clearance to the rear make hot food an excellent prospect."
