Local men’s mental health charity, Release are looking for people to sign up as volunteers, and support those throughout Ayrshire.
No prior experience or qualifications are needed to volunteer with the charity.
A spokesperson for the charity said: “Our volunteers are the backbone of Release, providing much needed support to people in need of help in lots of different ways – distributing materials, organising campaigns, coming up with new ideas and more.
“Do you fancy a new challenge and have a little bit of time to spare? We’re a busy charity and are always on the lookout for new volunteers to help us out with many different aspects of the charity.
“No previous experience or qualifications are needed to volunteer with us - just a positive, can-do attitude and some of your time. All necessary training will be given.”
