GROUNDWORK has continued at Beechwood Park as the 113-year-old stadium receives vital upgrades.
The park, which has hosted Auchileck Talbot since 1909, is seeing work done to its terraces by construction company Palmer&Son Groundworks Ltd after its concrete slabs fell into a state of disrepair.
The work has been well received by Talbot fans, with one posting to social media: "Doing a great job lads keeping up a fine tradition at Beechwood.
"Everyone who attended the game at Cambuslang last Saturday would be shocked at the sad decline of a once great stadium.
"So keep up doing what your doing please your a credit to the club."
