Ayrshire Hospice has launched their annual Forget-Me-Not appeal with a ‘Memory Meadow’ display within the beautiful grounds of Lochgreen House Hotel in Troon.

The public can visit the steel flowers at the hotel from 17-30 June, inclusive.

To get involved with the appeal, supporters can donate a minimum of £30 to receive one of the handmade Forget-Me-Nots

The minimum donation for a Forget-Me-Not is £30 and all contributions will be gratefully received towards continuing the outstanding care and services delivered across the community by Ayrshire Hospice.

Scott McClure, Director of Business Development & Financial Strategy at Ayrshire Hospice said: “We had terrific day on Thursday when we launched our Forget Me Not appeal at the beautiful Lochgreen House Hotel.

“The Forget Me Nots are beautiful steel flowers made in Ayrshire by Morrell’s Forge Blacksmith based in Kirkoswald. Since its launch in 2019, the Forget-Me-Not appeal has raised over £17,000 to provide care to the people of Ayrshire & Arran.”

Ron Swanson, assistant fundraising manager at Ayrshire Hospice added: “As we move into the summer months, we are proud to launch our 2022 Forget-Me-Not display to remember loved ones in a personal way thanks to the wonderful support of Lochgreen House Hotel.”
