The Barony Wee Forest has recently been fitted with two new benches.
They look great and will provide seating within the two adjacent outdoor teaching areas.
East Ayrshire Woodlands Project hope to start monitoring some of the trees soon and will be holding some surveying and managing event days within the wee forest area in the future, which will involve local people and the school.
The monitoring paths were also mulched, with the bees even enjoying the upgrade.
