A Sorn artist is seeking inspiration from budding Ayrshire photographers as part of her new summer show.
Elaine Johnston is seeking photographers who have captured some of the wildlife in the area to be a part of her latest show entitled ‘Ayrshire to Africa’ which will showcase a vast amount of works depicting both exotic and Scottish animals alike.
From creatures only found in the wild to those which can be seen right here in Ayrshire, all are welcome.
A preview of the show will be held at Johnston Art Gallery in Burns Memorial Tower on Kilmarnock Road in Mauchline from Friday, June 25 to Sunday, June 27. The main show will run all summer long.
Any Ayrshire animals that aspiring photographers have images of are encouraged to be put forward. They should be sent to elaine_m_johnston@yahoo.co.uk.
