An Ayrshire-based building firm is celebrating some key milestones this week.

They include the launch of a new showhome, having their first couple move into their latest site in Mauchline and partnering with a local business to create special customer move-in gifts.

Hayhill Developers’ first movers, Karen and Graeme, settled into their new property at Hillhead Heights in Mauchline last week which the company described as “an indescribable feeling for us and our customers.”

Hayhill wished the pair many happy memories together in their new home.

Cumnock Chronicle:

In terms of customer gifts, Hayhill have partnered with The Nectary, an eco-friendly florist, to put together some special treats for new proprietors.

A Hayhill Spokesperson said: “We love supporting local businesses and are delighted that we have partnered with The Nectary in Mauchline to provide our beautiful customer gifts.”

The Nectary have recently fulfilled their 1000th order and their success story was reported on in the Chronicle last week.

Cumnock Chronicle:

Their showhome is ‘The Eglinton’ and Phase 1, 2 and 3 are sold out, with only three properties available in Phase 4 and 5 which are due to be released soon.

Eileen Kesson of Envision Interior Design described the Hayhill Showhome, saying the palette chosen was a mix of stone and white with hotter accents of tangerine, scarlet and black, capturing its warmth.

There is also a vibrant home study, a stylish lounge as well as an impressive kitchen/family dining room, a master and guest bedroom and children’s bedrooms, for prospective buyers.
