A man has been arrested and charged after two break-in attempts in Cumnock.
Cumnock's Townhead Community Sports Hub was broken in to last night (April 21), which is connected to a break-in at the same premises on April 10.

Police arrived at the scene and shortly after arrested a 26-year-old man in connection with both incidents.
A spokesperson for Cumnock's Townhead Community Sports Hub said: "We are extremely disappointed to be targeted again. It seems as if both break-ins are connected.
"However, thanks to increased security and a swift police response last night, we are glad that the thief has been caught and identified. We now trust the police to carry out further investigation and punish those responsible".

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were made aware of a break-in at Cumnock Juniors Sports Hub on Townhead Street in Cumnock around 11.15pm on Wednesday, April 21.
"Officers attended and a 26 year-old man was subsequently arrested and charged in connection with the incident and an incident at the same premises on Saturday, April 10.
"A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and he is due to appear at Ayr Sheriff Court on Thursday, April 22."
