THE trial of the man charged with murdering youth worker Emma Faulds is set to go ahead next month.
Ross Willox, 40, is accused of killing the 39-year-old in Monkton, Ayrshire, on April 28 2019.
Willox denies the accusations. A previous trial had been postponed due to the pandemic.
The Crown Office yesterday confirmed a date has now been set for April.
The trial is believed to be before Lord Mulholland. A further preliminary hearing is expected to take place before then this month.
