THREE people were arrested after a street rammy in the East End. 

Police responded to a report of a bust-up in Budhill Avenue in Shettleston last night at 6.45pm. 

A woman and a man were taken to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary and another woman was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

A 34-year-old woman, and two men, aged 35 and 26 were arrested in connection with the incident. 

Police say investigations are ongoing. 

A spokeswoman said: "Around 6.45pm we received a report of an altercation involving a number of people on Budhill Avenue, Glasgow.

“Officers attended and a woman and a man were taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary. A second man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

“A 34-year-old woman, a 35-year-old man and a 26-year-old man have been arrested in connection and enquiries are ongoing.”
