A local man who has been missing for over a week has been found safe and well.
Ian Cameron left Milray Avenue in New Cumnock shortly before midnight on Tuesday, October 6.
He was officially reported missing on Friday, October 9 after failing to arrive at his work.
A police search ensued, with cops making a fresh appeal for information a week on from his disappearance.
Police have now confirmed that Mr Cameron has been found safe and well.
Ayrshire Police Division said: "We are pleased to confirm that Ian Cameron, reported missing from his home in New Cumnock, has been found safe and well.
"Thank you to everyone who shared our appeals."
