Residents and businesses of Beith are being encouraged to take part in a survey to help inform regeneration of the town centre.
The questionnaire from North Ayrshire Council seeks to understand the access requirements of locals which will be used to help reduce the impact of the work.
The project aims to improve the streetscape of the town centre and will include resurfacing the central carriageway, replacing paving and street furniture and reinstalling road markings.
Residents and business owners can advise on their accessibility requirements, deliveries, vehicle types and operating hours by completing the online survey http://tiny.cc/2b0psz
Responses should be submitted by September 21.
Councillor Jim Montgomerie said: “If you are a business owner or resident of Main Street in Beith, we urge you to complete the questionnaire.
“We are conscious that local businesses are still trying to recover from lockdown, so while regeneration works will make a much needed and welcome improvement to Main Street, and will attract more footfall to the area, we need to make sure that the works are planned carefully to minimise disruption.”
