Community clean ups will be taking place this September as Outdoor Services and Vibrant Communities join forces with local community groups to help keep East Ayrshire clean, green and vibrant.
Outdoor Services will be leading five community clean ups with support from community councils.
The team will work with any volunteers within the community for a full day, providing bags and litter pickers. They will also have large and small sweepers supporting their efforts and responding to any areas of concern.
The community clean ups, which will be subject to physical distancing measures, will start at 10.30am every Wednesday, starting Wednesday, September 2.
