Netherthird Community Centre received a phone call recently with an offer of a thank you buffet for all of the volunteers who helped pack and deliver 80 emergency food hampers every week during lockdown.
There were 25 volunteers that helped with these tasks.
Maggie Campbell said: “All the volunteers were proud to help their community and they say they are already missing helping with a great cause.”
We all hope you enjoyed your buffet after all the hard work.
