TEMPORARY works will begin on a Shawlands street and will be in place for at least 10 weeks.
Glasgow City Council said that they will begin changing the layout of Deanston Drive as part of measures to ensure social distancing can be maintained.
The local authority said that the temporary physical measures to be installed will allow the widening of existing footways in order to enable physical distancing and queuing in close proximity to local shops.
The works will start today (Wednesday, August 5) and are expected to be completed by Wednesday, August 12.
