Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce members enjoyed their first -ever virtual Summer drinks party last week.
The evening started with a demonstration of two Gin-based cocktails, a Lychee Cooler and Pendreich Sour, from Janet Martin of Class Cocktails.
Moving on to Ayr took no time at all for a virtual tour and wine tasting with Corney and Barrow Wine Merchants.
The evening’s entertainment finished off with a wee dram from Na Braithrean tasting their first release of single malt whisky distilled at Caol Ila distillery on Islay, then finished in recycled Sherry and Bourbon casks to alter the flavour.
CEO Val Russell added “For once I wasn’t driving so enjoyed taking part in the wine tasting. Thanks to Yvonne and members for a great experience.”
