Ayr Advertiser:

The Williamson family and Ayr Rugby Club have asked for donations to Ayrshire Cancer Support in memory of Kevin.

So far, £2,251 has been raised for the charity.

Kevin’s chemotherapy treatment for stage four cancer was cancelled due to the outbreak of coronavirus and he previously told the Advertiser he feared he could become a victim of the virus without catching it.

But the spirited dad who said he had so much to live for was willing to continue his brave fight.

Kevin had already defied the odds after being diagnosed in 2018 after being given just a year to live.

The successful businessman was co-founder of Ayr firm Ekko Glass.
