The Kirkconnel and Kelloholm gala day went ahead this year despite COVID restrictions.
There would usually be an air of excitement in the village, but the buzz was somewhat more low-key this year as he celebrations were conducted from a distance.
Queen Rachael Allan, Attendants Skye Ralston and Lexi Lamont with Page Boy Conlan Baillie took part in a parade of sorts as their parents decorated their cars and drove them around Kirkconnel and Kelloholm on Saturday, June 20. Some residents were out and about waving at and cheering the Royal Party along.
A total of £1833.76 was collected by the Gala Committee.
