Residents staying in East Ayrshire care homes received a generous donation of visors, which were made by staff from East Ayrshire Education.

The visors were made to protect the carers and residents at the care homes during the coronavirus crisis.

The staff made an amazing effort to create the visors at the Stewarton 3D and laser print hub as a way of supporting carers during these challenging times.

East Ayrshire Education said: “You are doing such amazing work in supporting our NHS and care staff.”

Residents and staff from care homes thanked the staff from the Stewarton Hub for all their hard work and fantastic community spirit.

Well done to everyone who helped out!
