NHS Ayrshire and Arran find 147 members of staff have coronavirus following further testing.
Since March 22, the health board has carried out 730 tests on staff and a further 131 on family or household contacts.
Last week, it was revealed 57 workers had tested positive for COVID-19, now the total is 147.
Health and social care workers and their families are being prioritized by the Scottish Government's testing guidelines to make sure they can go back to work if safe to do so.
Dr Crawford McGuffie, medical director, said: "Since we began our in-house laboratory analysis on March 22, we have carried out 730 tests for coronavirus (COVID-19) on members of our staff.
"In addition to this, 131 tests have been carried out on family members/ household contacts of members of staff.
"147 staff members have tested positive for coronavirus."
The updated overall coronavirus statistics for Ayrshire and Arran are still not available as the government cites "technical issues" for them not being published yesterday.
