Senior pupils from Cumnock and Auchinleck Academies held an e-meeting with one of Scotland’s most prestigious lawyers.
The students were participating in the UK Supreme Courts “Ask a Justice” Program; one of only 12 schools in the UK to be selected.
This unique opportunity gave pupils a chance to take part in a Q&A with Lord Hodge, Deputy President of the Supreme Court.
The pupils asked questions about children’s rights, improving representation of women and minorities and what it takes to become a lawyer.
During the event, Lord Hodge also shared a variety of stories from his successful career in law.
