Young PEOPLE with additional support needs attended the Creating Connections event run by Skills Development Scotland(SDS) at Ayrshire College on Tuesday, February 25.
A total of 95 attendees met with employers, charities and training providers to find out more about support available before and after leaving education.
SDS’s Lorna Stalker said: “Moving on from school or college is a nerve-wracking time for any young person, but for those with additional support needs and their families, there can be a lot of extra worry. Creating Connections is just one of the ways we offer support at this important time.”
